Account Registration

1 General Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Okebaji website (okebaji.ws) and all services offered under it. Okebaji is an internationally licensed online betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries.
These terms have been published in Bengali for the convenience of our members. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final. Okebaji reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time Any changes will be communicated on the website.

2 Account Registration & Usage
To open an account and use Okebaji's services, the following conditions must be met:
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of account creation. Okebaji reserves the right to verify age at any time.
- One Account: Only one account is permitted per person, family, household, or device. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
- Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account closure.
- KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. A copy of your national ID or passport may be required.
- Account Security: It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited.
- Account Transfer: Transferring or selling your Okebaji account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
Once account registration is complete, the member is automatically considered to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. Registration constitutes a legally binding agreement.
3 Betting Rules
The following rules must be strictly followed when betting on Okebaji. They apply to all Sports Betting and casino games.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- Okebaji will not be held responsible for any bets affected by loss of internet connection or technical issues.
- Okebaji reserves the right to accept or reject any bet.
- The maximum bet amount varies by event and is set by Okebaji.
- Placing bets on opposing outcomes within the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
- If a match does not take place within 48 hours of its scheduled time, all bets will be considered void and funds will be returned.
- If a match is abandoned mid-way during live betting, bets may be settled based on the results completed up to that point.
- In cricket, if results are affected by rain or any other factor, Okebaji's designated policy will apply.
Strictly Prohibited: Match fixing, use of insider information, or betting via bots or automated software. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.

- Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
- Eligible Bets: Bets with odds of 1.50 or above generally count towards wagering requirements. Conditions may differ for system bets and combo bets.
- No duplicate bonus claims: Each bonus can only be used once per member. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
- Right to Cancel Bonuses: If a member violates any terms or is found engaging in irregular activity, Okebaji reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Promotion Changes: Okebaji reserves the right to modify, cancel, or change the conditions of any promotion at any time.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy
Okebaji believes betting is a form of entertainment and should never lead to financial hardship. That's why Okebaji has put several responsible gaming measures in place.
Members can set deposit limits, betting limits, or session time limits on their account at any time. These limits are completely free to set and take effect immediately.
Self-Exclusion: If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life, you can activate self-exclusion from your account. Once enabled, you will be unable to log in for a specified period.

7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Okebaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member's account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Operating multiple accounts
- Registering with false or incorrect information
- Attempting to abuse bonuses or commit fraud
- Participating in arbitrage betting or other prohibited activities
- Using bots or automated software
- Engaging in harassment or abusive behaviour
- Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process
- If Suspicious Activity Is Detected on an Account
If a valid balance remains at the time of account closure, Okebaji will consider returning it after verification is complete. However, in cases of fraud or prohibited activity, all balances may be forfeited.
Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team.
8 Changes to Terms & Contact Information
Okebaji reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any changes will be communicated on the website along with the date of update.
